Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment, specifically within the U.S. IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully placing IT consultants with clients and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. job market, visa types, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals, CRM tools, and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
