Role Overview:
As a Product Manager for Payments & Fraud at McAfee, you will play a key role in building secure, seamless, and scalable payment and risk mitigation solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and global stakeholders to shape the roadmap, define requirements, and deliver high-impact features that drive business growth, improve payment reliability, and enhance customer trust.
You will support global payments optimization and fraud prevention initiatives, ensuring McAfee’s billing and transaction experiences are customer-friendly, complaint and optimized for performance.
This is a Hybrid position located at our Bangalore, India development center. You will be required to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to our Bangalore office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the Role

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for global payments, subscription billing and auto-renewal experiences.

Drive payment orchestration initiatives, PSP integrations, and expansion of global and local payment methods to improve conversion and payment success rates.

Define product requirements and lead delivery across payments, billing, fraud prevention, disputes and card lifecycle management.

Partner with engineering, finance, operations, risk, and external payment providers to deliver scalable, compliant and customer-centric solutions.

Leverage data, experimentation, and industry insights to optimize authorization rates, reduce involuntary churn, and drive revenue growth.
About You
-
7–10 years of Product Management experience, with a strong background in payments, fintech, eCommerce or financial services.

Deep expertise in subscription businesses, recurring billing, auto-renewals, payment lifecycle management, and revenue optimization.

Strong understanding of payment orchestration, PSPs, gateways, tokenization, fraud prevention and chargeback management.

Proven experience launching and scaling global payment methods while balancing customer experience, conversion and compliance.

Data-driven and analytical, with strong experience in KPIs, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and payment optimization, coupled with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through cross-functional leadership.
