The Role
As a Dositi Housekeeping Partner, you'll visit customers' homes across Gurugram and deliver hotel-grade cleaning at their doorstep. This isn't a maid job. It's a hospitality role done in a home.
What You'll Do
- Deliver scheduled home cleaning visits (deep clean, daily clean, kitchen-only, bathroom-only, post-renovation, move-in/move-out) as per the booking type
- Follow Dositi's standard operating checklist for every visit — surfaces, fixtures, appliances, floors, glass, sanitisation
- Use Dositi-supplied chemicals, tools and PPE the right way — and maintain them
- Inspect your own work before closing the job; share before/after photos through the app
- Treat the customer's home as you would a 5-star guest room — discreet, careful, respectful
- Maintain a high rating on the app by being punctual, polite and consistent
- Flag any damage, missing item, or safety risk transparently — honesty over everything
Who You Are
- You take pride in cleaning done properly — corners, behind taps, under beds, all of it
- You're physically fit — comfortable on your feet for 6–8 hours, can lift up to 15 kg
- You can read and write basic Hindi and English, and use a smartphone confidently (Google Maps, WhatsApp, Dositi Partner App)
- You're punctual, soft-spoken with customers, and dressed neatly
- You respect privacy — what happens inside a customer's home stays there
- Aged 18–45, with valid Aadhar, PAN and an active bank account
Education & Background
Preferred (you'll fast-track to senior tier):
- Diploma in Housekeeping / Hotel Management / Hospitality Operations from a recognised institute (IHM, NCHMCT, state polytechnic, or equivalent)
- 1+ years experience in a hotel, serviced apartment, hospital, or organised home-services platform (Urban Company, Broomees, BookMyBai, etc.)

₹25,000 – ₹36,000 per month
