Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to support our students in job opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with companies, coordinating placement drives, preparing students for interviews, and ensuring successful placement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring companies and recruitment partners.
- Identify job and internship opportunities for students across various IT domains.
- Coordinate placement drives, walk-ins, virtual interviews, and recruitment events.
- Connect with HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers to generate placement opportunities.
- Guide students on resume preparation, interview readiness, and job search strategies.
- Track student placement status and maintain placement records.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams regarding student readiness.
- Organize career guidance sessions, mock interviews, and employability workshops.
- Ensure placement targets and student employment goals are achieved.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in placements, recruitment, talent acquisition, or career services.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work with students and corporate clients.
- Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment processes.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
