Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer inquiries and complaints, and provide timely and effective solutions
2. Monitor customer satisfaction levels, and implement strategies to improve customersatisfaction
3. Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and preferences, and providefeedback to improve the sales process
4. Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback
5. Develop and maintain customer databases
