Role Overview
Pest Shields is looking for an e-Commerce Manager who can own and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across our D2C website (pestshields.in), major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, BigBasket, Zepto, etc.).
This role requires strong execution, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on experience in managing products, orders, sales tracking, customer experience, and logistics in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. D2C Website Operations
Own day-to-day operations of the Pest Shields D2C website
Manage product listings, pricing, stock availability, offers, and hygiene
Track orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds
Coordinate with tech, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution
2. Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart)
End-to-end ownership of seller accounts
Product onboarding, catalogue creation, content optimisation, and compliance
Monitor sales performance, inventory health, and fulfilment metrics
Handle customer complaints, returns, and marketplace escalations
Coordinate with platform account managers and internal teams
3. Quick Commerce Operations (Blinkit, BigBasket, Zepto, etc.)
Support onboarding and scaling of products on quick commerce platforms
Ensure real-time stock availability and smooth fulfilment
Track daily sales, fill rate, cancellations, and SLA adherence
Act as SPOC for issue resolution with platform partners
4. Sales Tracking & Performance Reporting
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all channels
Prepare dashboards and performance summaries for management
Identify growth opportunities, gaps, and operational bottlenecks
Support planning and execution of campaigns, discounts, and promotions
5. Customer Experience & Complaint Management
Own customer complaint handling across D2C and marketplaces
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer support teams
Ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction scores
Track repeat issues and drive corrective actions
6. Logistics & Inventory Coordination
Coordinate with logistics partners and internal supply chain teams
Monitor dispatch timelines, delivery performance, RTOs, and returns
Ensure inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation across platforms
Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning
Skills & Experience Required
2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations (D2C / marketplaces / quick commerce)
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
Exposure to quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, BigBasket, Zepto) preferred
Clear understanding of order management, logistics, inventory, and customer support workflows
Strong coordination and execution skills across multiple internal teams
Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a startup / fast-growth environment
Preferred Background
D2C or startup brand experience
FMCG / Home Care / Hygiene / Consumer Products experience (preferred, not mandatory)
