- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Store Operations
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
- Ensure products are displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Assist in inventory management, stock audits, and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper tagging, pricing, and product placement.
Team Support & Leadership
- Guide and mentor junior sales executives.
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving store objectives.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
Compliance & Reporting
- Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and loss-prevention measures.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Prepare daily sales reports and performance updates as required.
- Maximize sales opportunities through effective product recommendations and cross-selling.
- Drive customer conversions and improve average bill value (ABV) and units per transaction (UPT).
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns and sales activities.
