Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization. The ideal candidate should be organized, punctual, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office administration and daily operations.
- Handle filing, document management, and record keeping.
- Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and office supplies.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and document preparation.
- Support HR and Accounts departments with basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
- Run official errands and coordinate with external vendors when required.
- Assist staff with miscellaneous office-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or above.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license Required.
