Role & Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff management, customer service, and financial management
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to address any issues
Ensure that all staff members are trained and knowledgeable about the clinic’s products and services
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
3-7 years of experience in a managerial role
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly and effectively
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
