We assist businesses with product sourcing from China, supplier coordination, logistics management, and complete import-export documentation and compliance. Our goal is to provide smooth and reliable international trade solutions to our clients.
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage complete accounting operations, GST compliance (monthly, quarterly, yearly), tax payments, billing, E-way bills, and coordination for dispatch with transporters and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
- Maintain daily accounting records (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments)
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Maintain ledger entries in Tally
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports
- Monitor cash flow and expense tracking
GST & Tax Compliance
- File Monthly GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Handle Quarterly & Annual GST Returns
- Ensure timely GST tax payments
- GST reconciliation with books of accounts
- Manage TDS calculation and filings
- Assist with GST refund (Export under LUT / IGST refund)
Billing & Documentation
- Generate GST tax invoices
- Create and manage E-Way Bills
- Maintain proper billing documentation
- Ensure compliance with GST and export regulations
Import-Export & Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate with transporters for dispatch of goods
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment updates
- Handle export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
- Track shipments and ensure smooth delivery
Required Qualifications
- B.Com or equivalent qualification
- 2–3 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GST compliance
- Experience in generating GST bills & E-way bills
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
