Freelance Full-Stack & Mobile Developer — TwoSpaddle About Us TwoSpaddle is a coach-led pickleball performance platform helping players advance their game through video analysis. We're growing fast and need a sharp developer to help us scale. What You'll Build Phase 1 — We currently have a Desktop app. Work on improving it, expanding it to MAC. Mobile Expansion: Our video analysis tool currently lives on desktop. You'll port and optimize it for Android, iOS, and potentially web — maintaining a smooth, coach-friendly experience across all screen sizes. Phase 2 — Community Platform: You'll help us build a social platform where players log sessions, track progress, follow friends, join challenges, and celebrate wins together. What We're Looking For
Strong cross-platform mobile experience — React Native or Flutter preferred, so we ship to Android and iOS from one codebase Solid backend skills (Node.js, Python, or similar) for building APIs, user systems, and feed/social features Experience with video handling — playback, upload, processing, or annotation is a big plus Has built or contributed to a consumer social or community product before Comfortable working closely with non-technical founders — you translate ideas into product, not just tickets into code Self-directed, communicates proactively, and can handle ambiguity
Nice to Have
Experience with activity tracking, leaderboards, or sports apps Familiarity with coach/athlete or training platforms Passion for racket sports (pickleball knowledge is a genuine bonus!)
Engagement Freelance, with potential to grow into a longer-term role as we scale. You'll work directly with the founders.
Pay: ₹376,828.42 - ₹1,624,144.78 per year
