Job Title: Preschool Teacher
Location: Banashankari - Bangalore
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment for young children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration.
- Monitor and assess children's developmental progress and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and hygiene of all children at all times.
- Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom displays.
- Encourage positive behavior and social skills among children.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, achievements, and concerns.
- Organize and participate in school events, parent meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and ensure educational resources are used effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Diploma/Certification in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori Training, ECCEd, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 2–5years of experience in preschool or early childhood education.

- Ability to plan engaging learning experiences.

Working Hours
- As per school timings and academic calendar.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
