Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our interior design company in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, nurturing leads, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the customer journey. The candidate should have prior experience in customer relations, sales coordination, lead conversion, and business development, preferably in the interior design, construction, real estate, or home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, website leads, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into appointments and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and the design team.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Track and manage leads using CRM software or Excel.
- Conduct follow-ups on quotations and proposals to improve conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and upsell additional services.
- Collect customer feedback and address concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the sales, design, and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales performance reports.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relations, Sales Coordination, Business Development, or Lead Conversion.
- Prior experience in an Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Furniture, Real Estate, Construction, or Home Improvement company is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of improving customer conversions and supporting sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
