Job Description: CFA Executive (Carrying & Forwarding Executive)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented CFA Executive to manage warehouse operations, inventory movement, and coordination with distributors and logistics partners to ensure smooth supply chain functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end CFA operations including inventory, dispatch, and billing
- Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, and distributors for timely order fulfillment
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records
- Handle documentation related to dispatch, invoicing, and compliance
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
- Generate and maintain reports on stock movement and dispatch performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in CFA, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
