Talent Acquisition & OnboardingRecruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.Onboarding: Conduct new hire orientation and induction programs to integrate candidates into the company culture quickly and ensure all joining documentation is verified.2. Employee Relations & EngagementGrievance Handling: Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and supporting a positive workplace environment.Engagement Activities: Assist in organizing team-building events, surveys, and employee wellness programs to boost morale and retention.3.
