We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Accountant. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for assisting in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day operations. Proficiency in Excel is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including data entry and invoice processing
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in accounting software
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding financial inquiries
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use formulas and create charts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Tally with respect to GST and TDS
