The Role:
We are looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-centric Customer Relation Officer (CRO) Or CRMto be the face of our Trivandrum Clinic. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our clients, from their first inquiry to their final treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales operations, including phone inquiries and followups.
- Coordinate between patients and doctors to ensure smooth management.
- Explain treatment packages and handle procedures accurately.
- Maintain patient records and follow up on consultations to ensure high conversion rates.
- Handle client concerns with empathy and resolve them effectively.
What we are looking for (Requirements):
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Front Desk, or Sales (Experience in an aesthetic/medical clinic is highly preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Availability: Ready to work in a fast-paced, high-end clinic environment.
