Front Office Executive – Enquiry & Admission Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Front Office Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our school. The ideal candidate will be articulate, persuasive, and warm, with proven experience in handling prospective parents and guiding them smoothly through the admission process. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust, and the confidence to convert enquiries into successful admissions—both over the phone and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face and voice of the school, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Handle all admission enquiries (calls, walk-ins, emails, WhatsApp) with clarity, empathy, and persuasion.
- Provide detailed information about the school’s programs, values, curriculum, and facilities in a convincing manner.
- Guide parents step-by-step through the admission process, from initial enquiry to final enrollment.
- Maintain and update an enquiry & follow-up database; ensure timely responses and closure.
- Proactively follow up with parents to ensure maximum admission conversion.
- Collaborate with the admissions team and school leadership to align messaging and strategies.
- Ensure front office standards are upheld—clean, professional, and parent-friendly.
- Support with open house sessions, admission events, and school tours for prospective families.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (Business, Communication, or related field preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in front office/admissions/customer relations (preferably in schools or high-end service sectors such as hospitality/airlines).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to convince, influence, and build rapport with prospective parents.
- Strong presentation skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM/ERP tools.
