Core Responsibilities:
- Safety Protocol Design: Review structural plans, blueprints, and construction methodologies to integrate inherent safety into project execution from the drawing board.
- Risk Assessments & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and job safety analyses (JSA) to identify hazards related to heavy machinery, excavations, working at heights, and material handling.
- Compliance Enforcement: Ensure all site operations strictly adhere to local safety regulations, labor laws, and international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
- Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analyses for accidents, injuries, or near-misses, and implement corrective actions and preventative measures.
- Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver safety training programs, including tool-box talks, equipment operation, and emergency evacuation plans.
- Safety Documentation: Maintain comprehensive HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) statistics, tracking metrics like Lost Time Injuries (LTI) and Total Recordable Incident Rates (TRIR).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
