Job Responsibilities:-
- Manage day-to-day facility operations of the property.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and parking staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of common areas.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and tenants.
- Handle maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor staff attendance, deployment, and performance.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in facility, mall, property, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
