Position: Civil BIM Engineer – Civil & Construction
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for civil and construction projects.
- Create 3D models, drawings, and documentation using BIM software.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and project stakeholders.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
- Generate quantity take-offs and construction documentation from BIM models.
- Support project teams during design, construction, and execution phases.
- Review and update BIM models based on project changes.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and project-related BIM deliverables.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of BIM processes and workflows.
- Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of civil and construction drawings.
- Experience in clash detection and model coordination.
- Understanding of construction methodologies and project execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary project environment.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering

- 5–8 years of relevant BIM experience in civil and construction projects.
