About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Executive to expand and strengthen our partner ecosystem for Mera Monitor, an AI-powered workforce productivity optimization platform developed by AAPNA Infotech.

Mera Monitor is an AI-powered workforce productivity optimization platform delivering enterprise-grade visibility into workforce patterns, resource utilization, employee engagement, and operational bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, resellers, distributors, MSPs, and technology partners.
Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies to expand the channel ecosystem.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to maximize revenue generation and long-term collaboration.
Conduct partner enablement sessions, product demonstrations, and training programs.
Generate and manage partner pipelines and drive revenue growth.
Engage with business owners, IT decision-makers, CXOs, and senior management stakeholders.
Track partner performance, revenue contribution, and pipeline progression.
Represent AAPNA Infotech and Mera Monitor at industry events and business meetings.
Key requirements
2–4 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Sales, Alliance Management, Business Development, SaaS Product Sales, or B2B Technology Sales.
Experience onboarding and managing channel partners and resellers.
Strong understanding of SaaS products and enterprise software sales.
Experience with UAE, Oman, Africa, or GCC markets is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with ability to work independently.
