We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support in recruitment, candidate screening, and HR documentation. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Assist in collecting and verifying employee documents.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Update attendance, employee data, and HR reports.
- Maintain recruitment and employee-related files
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
