Job Summary:
GharSoaps is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and convincing skills to manage customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to their purchases.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of GharSoaps' product offerings to effectively assist customers.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls/emails with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role .
- Skills:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Convincing Skills: Strong persuasive abilities to effectively handle customer objections and close sales.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and customer service software; basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Working Hours:
- Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Breaks: Scheduled breaks will be provided
