Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our clients' online marketplace businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling marketplace operations, product listings, sales growth strategies, advertising campaigns, inventory management, and customer experience across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopsy, eBay, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings.
- Monitor product catalog performance and improve product visibility.
- Manage inventory synchronization and stock updates.
- Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketplace advertisements.
- Analyze marketplace sales reports and generate performance insights.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Resolve account health, listing suppression, and operational issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- Experience in Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Knowledge of Meesho, Shopsy, eBay, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Marketplace Management or E-commerce Operations.
- Freshers with excellent marketplace knowledge may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in catalog management and product content optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO for marketplace listings.
- Experience with inventory and ERP systems.
- Digital marketing knowledge will be an added advantage.
