Job Title: IT Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews
- Maintain candidate database and hiring records
- Follow up with candidates during the hiring process
- Support offer rollout and onboarding
Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)
- 1+ year of IT recruitment experience
- Basic understanding of IT roles
- Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Boolean Search
- Familiarity with ATS
- Exposure to contract and permanent hiring
- Basic knowledge of Java, Python, and SQL
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
