We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between employees and management, as well as supporting various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships, including coordination, communication, and contract administration.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory; ensure proper asset management.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing office events.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage office budgets as assigned.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure working environment; coordinate office safety procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other departments as needed.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Fluent in Kannada language is must
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
