Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Placement Officer to drive student placement success and build strong corporate partnerships. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end placement process, cultivate employer relationships, coordinate recruitment activities, and help AI students secure opportunities aligned with their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end placement activities and manage the candidate-to-employment pipeline.
- Achieve placement targets within defined timelines.
- Build, expand, and maintain relationships with employers and hiring partners across industries.
- Create a consistent pipeline of job opportunities for students and graduates.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes between candidates and recruiters.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to reduce hiring delays and candidate drop-offs.
- Track placement performance, interview outcomes, and retention metrics.
- Prepare reports and generate insights to improve placement outcomes.
- Monitor hiring trends, skill demands, and compensation benchmarks.
- Support AI students in identifying suitable career opportunities and ensuring strong candidate-role alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship-building and follow-up skills.

- CRM tools
- ATS platforms
- Recruitment tracking systems
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
