Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen our partnerships with schools and ensure exceptional client experience. This role focuses on managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, overseeing onboarding processes, and ensuring timely payments and contract renewals.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and maintain strong client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client communication to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Identify upselling opportunities by understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for schools, managing escalations and resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Organize and conduct parent orientation programs to improve engagement and awareness.
Operational Coordination
- Develop and manage a calendar plan for client meetings, orientations, and internal coordination.
- Maintain accurate client records and data management systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and coordination.
Payment & Accounts Coordination
- Monitor school payment schedules and coordinate with the Business Development team for timely follow-ups.
- Maintain the Accounts Tracker and work with the Accounts team to ensure timely collections.
- Track contract renewals and payment follow-ups with partner schools.
Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain the PMO Tracker to ensure all client-related activities are monitored and updated.
- Generate reports on client concerns, conflicts, and escalations to support quick resolution and improve service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or account management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and data management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the education sector or school-based services.
- Knowledge of contract management, payment tracking, and financial coordination in a client-facing role.
