We are looking for a talented and passionate Android App Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance Android applications. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and backend developers to create user-friendly and scalable mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and payment gateways.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Conduct testing and ensure applications meet quality standards.
- Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store.
- Work with backend developers to integrate server-side functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best development practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, Java, and Kotlin.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of Material Design principles and Android UI guidelines.
- Familiarity with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics).
- Experience with Git version control.
- Knowledge of SQLite, Room Database, and local data storage.
- Understanding of mobile app security and performance optimization.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Jetpack Compose.
- Knowledge of MVVM Architecture and Android Jetpack Components.
- Experience integrating payment gateways and social media APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Understanding of Google Maps, Location Services, and Push Notifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Android Application Development.
