Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Organize and conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure proper safety practices are followed.
- Perform risk assessments and hazard identification activities for ongoing and new projects.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness plans, fire drills, and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain safety records, incident reports, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with management, supervisors, and employees to improve workplace safety performance.
- Monitor contractor safety compliance and ensure adherence to site safety requirements.
- Recommend improvements in safety systems, equipment, and processes to reduce risks.
- Track safety performance indicators and prepare periodic safety reports for management.
- Support environmental, health, and occupational safety initiatives within the organization.

Pay: ₹11,916.95 - ₹45,705.12 per month
