Overview: We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in our book warehouse. This role requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, due to the nature of retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse staff and daily operations.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Adapt to changing priorities and seasonal demands.
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and adjust stock levels accordingly.
- Manage returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse management experience preferred, ideally in retail.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Proficiency with warehouse management.
Education:
- High school diploma required; degree in a related field preferred.
