Job Responsibilities
Function as shift in-charge for IPQA operations.
Perform in-process quality checks including functional and dimensional checks.
Ensure proper IPQA documentation and maintain BMR records.
Monitor shift quality performance and ensure compliance.
Take on-the-spot quality decisions during shift operations.
Coordinate with production and QA teams to resolve quality issues.
