About the Role
As a Telecaller & Sales Executive at ChessWize, your responsibilities will include:
- Calling and following up with interested parents/leads.
- Explaining ChessWize programs, curriculum, and fee structure.
- Scheduling and coordinating demo sessions with coaches.
- Maintaining regular follow-ups after demo classes.
- Convincing satisfied parents to enroll in suitable plans/packages.
- Managing leads professionally on WhatsApp and calls.
- Updating lead status and maintaining basic records.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident speaking and convincing ability.
- Basic sales and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and online meeting platforms.
- Prior telecalling/sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education sales or edtech sales.
- Ability to build trust with parents.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Work Timings
- Flexible shifts available.
- Morning and evening slots preferred.
- Weekend availability is a plus.
