2. Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, tours, and activities.
3. Collects payments and books travel arrangements.
4. Deftly handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations and refunds.
5. Builds and maintains relationships with tour vendors.
6. Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.
7. Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.
8. Contributes to the company’s efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
9. Travel if required.

1. Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
3. Ability to negotiate effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving skills.
5. Detail oriented and highly organized.
6. Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
7. Excellent destination knowledge of Northeast India.
8. Knowledge of travel trade – contracting – B2B tie up – operations – etc.
9· Acumen for social media specific to travel industry.
Education and experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Travel & Tourism Management.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience as an executive in a reputed Travel Agency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
