Role Overview
We’re looking for a Client Account Manager who can manage client relationships, drive marketing strategies, and ensure seamless project execution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with operational precision.
Responsibilities
Client Account Management
- Manage and nurture client relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, performance, tech) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategy decks for client meetings.
- Oversee campaign performance and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients.
- Manage feedback, handle escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and strengthen client partnerships.
Content Strategy & Collaboration
- Contribute to developing and executing content strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand digital content.
- Utilize AI-driven tools and MarTech platforms to enhance performance and personalization.
- Stay informed on digital trends, audience insights, and marketing innovations.
Required Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Keynote.
- Familiarity with Basecamp, Notion, or Asana for project management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, reporting, and time management abilities.
