About the role -
expanding its international teleradiology operations and is looking for experienced Full-Time Radiologists with strong exposure to US and International Teleradiology workflows. The Radiologists will support high-volume reporting operations for: International Hospitals Diagnostic Imaging Centers Emergency reporting workflows Routine reporting workflows The role requires strong diagnostic skills, ability to work under strict Turnaround Time (TAT) expectations, and experience handling international client reporting standards. Mandatory Experience Requirements The recruiting team should specifically identify Radiologist (Candidates) with: RADBLOX, BHIVE Workspace, No.467/468, 3rd Floor, Indira Nagar 1st Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka, IN 560038 International Teleradiology Experience Mandatory experience working for: o US Teleradiology projects o International hospitals o Diagnostic imaging centers Experience handling overseas reporting workflows and international client expectations Reporting Experience Radiologist (Candidates) must have hands-on reporting experience in: X-ray Ultrasound (USG) CT MRI Radiologist (Candidates) should be comfortable independently handling: ER / STAT reporting Routine reporting workflows Emergency Reporting Experience Mandatory exposure to: ER workflow management Critical findings identification Immediate escalation protocols Fast turnaround reporting environment Radiologist (Candidates) should be able to manage emergency studies confidently during night and high-pressure shifts. Key Responsibilities Clinical Reporting Interpret and report: o X-rays o Ultrasound studies o CT scans o MRI scans Deliver clinically accurate and high-quality reports within defined TAT Ensure: o Diagnostic accuracy o Consistent reporting standards o Structured reporting quality Critical Findings Management Identify critical and life-threatening findings immediately Escalate urgent findings as per client protocols Coordinate with operations teams for emergency communication workflows Handle addendums and corrections appropriately when required RADBLOX, BHIVE Workspace, No.467/468, 3rd Floor, Indira Nagar 1st Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka, IN 560038 Operational Coordination Work closely with: o Operations team o QA team o IT/PACS team o Client coordination teams Support smooth reporting workflow and timely case closures Quality & Audit Participation Participate in: o Internal quality audits o Peer review discussions o Error analysis sessions o Clinical quality improvement initiatives Maintain high reporting consistency and accountability Technical & Workflow Expectations PACS RIS International Teleradiology workflows Structured reporting systems High-volume reporting environments Strong adaptability towards technology-driven reporting systems is expected. Preferred Candidate Profile Have strong communication and coordination skills Be comfortable working in rotational shifts Handle international client expectations professionally Be quality-focused and operationally disciplined Have experience in high-volume international reporting environments Be comfortable working from office in Bangalore Important Notes for Recruiting Team Proven US Teleradiology reporting experience International hospital/diagnostic center exposure ER and Routine workflow handling capability Strong reporting quality track record Experience handling night shifts and critical cases Immediate joiners or shorter notice periods preferred Radiologist (Candidates) without prior International / US Teleradiology exposure should not be prioritized for this requirement
