Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment Process.
- Source candidates through various job portals.
- Plan and execute hiring initiatives.
- Sourcing and screening
- Coordinate interview scheduling, take interviews, feedback, and final selection with internal teams and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment tracker, manpower planning tracker, ect
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Master Degree in MBA with Specialization in HRM, MHRM, MSW HR
- Must have 2-4 year experience in end to end recruitment Process
- Strong English Communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
