URGENT HIRING – SITE ENGINEER
Client Location: Indore,Rau,Pithampur
Position: Site Engineer
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities
✔ Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
✔ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams
✔ Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation
✔ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures
✔ Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
✔ Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of Civil/Construction Site Management
✔ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting
✔ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Eligibility:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 2–4 Years in Site Engineering / Construction Projects
Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects
✔ Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
✔ Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines
