What You'll Do:
Connect with prospective students
Counsel and guide candidates on suitable programs
Drive enrollments and conversions
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships
Selection Process:
Stage 1 (2 Days): ✔ Complete 1 successful enrollment within 2 days.
After that, candidates can choose:
Option A: 1-Month Sales Training Program
Structured training & mentorship
Performance-based stipend (details shared later)
Option B: 1-Week Probation Program
Target: 6–7 enrollments during probation
Successful candidates receive a Full-Time Sales Specialist offer
