Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships within the garment and textile industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven sales background and the ability to generate new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities within garment manufacturing, exporting, and retail sectors.
- Build strong relationships with apparel manufacturers, exporters, buying houses, and sourcing teams.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Conduct customer meetings and factory visits when required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Track sales activities and maintain customer records.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of sales experience.
- Experience in garment accessories, textiles, apparel manufacturing, packaging, trims, or related B2B industries preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer meetings.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
