ML Engineer
Experience: 8+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and train machine learning models for logistics and predictive analytics use
cases
● Perform feature engineering to improve model performance and accuracy
● Handle data preprocessing, cleansing, and formatting for structured and unstructured
datasets
● Tune hyperparameters to optimize model efficiency and outcomes
● Implement model versioning and maintain reproducibility across environments
● Evaluate models using appropriate metrics and continuously improve performance
● Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to align solutions with
requirements
● Deploy models into production and monitor performance over time
