Are you passionate about premium real estate, luxury hospitality, and closing high-impact
deals? ALYF—India’s leading luxury holiday home platform—is looking for an enthusiastic,
self-driven Management Trainee – Sales to join our business development team. In this
role, you will be on the front lines of expanding our exclusive property portfolio, connecting
with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), and learning the ins and outs of the booming
second-home and vacation rental market.
As a Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on mentorship from experienced real
estate and hospitality professionals, giving you the elite tools and network needed to kickstart
a high-growth corporate career.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and acquire villas, apartments, and holiday homes suitable for
short-term rentals.
● Pitch ALYF rental management services to homeowners and property
investors.
● Negotiate property acquisition agreements and revenue-sharing models.
● Work closely with legal and operations teams to onboard properties efficiently.
● Conduct market research on vacation rental trends, demand.
