We are seeking a creative and motivated Architect Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects while working closely with senior architects and project teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop professional skills in architectural design, drafting, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
- Develop 2D and 3D models using architectural software.
- Support senior architects in project planning and documentation.
- Participate in site visits, surveys, and inspections as required.
- Prepare presentations, design reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Research materials, construction techniques, and design trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of building regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
