Marketing Responsibilities
· Promote and sell mechanical products, equipment, or industrial solutions to customers.
· Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
· Meet clients to understand their technical requirements.
· Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
· Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
· Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
· Achieve sales targets and prepare sales reports.
Service Responsibilities
· Install, inspect, and commission mechanical equipment at customer sites.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
· Provide technical support and training to customers.
· Coordinate with the service team for repairs and spare parts requirements.
· Maintain service records and prepare technical reports.
· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
· Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, compressors, HVAC, machinery, or industrial equipment (depending on the industry).
· Good communication and customer-handling skills.
· Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
· Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
· Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and site service work.
