We are seeking an experienced Jira Data Center / Atlassian Administrator with strong enterprise-level experience in managing, upgrading, optimizing , and supporting Atlassian tools hosted in on-premises and cloud environments.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Jira Data Center administration , Jira Cloud administration , and Jira Cloud migration preparation . This role requires strong troubleshooting, automation, monitoring, and integration skills, along with a customer-focused mindset to support engineering teams and business users.
The candidate will be responsible for managing Atlassian tools, improving platform performance, implementing monitoring and alerting, supporting cloud migration initiatives, and building automation to enhance self-service capabilities.
