JR57627 Associate Systems Engineer - IT EIS CITRIX
Responsibilities and Tasks:
You will regularly work with Micron's Business Units to ensure solutions meet or exceed business requirements. You will be expected to suggest, promote, and leverage published standards to minimize environment complexity and ensure regulatory as well as license compliance.
As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to:

Provide day to day Application & Desktop virtualization (Citrix) & Load balancer (NetScaler) technology directions, support and application guidance for proper load balancing

Maintain global collaboration with the other Micron IT operations teams, both internal and external to I&O
-
Operational support & Project execution towards tight deadlines Maintain OLA and SLA agreements with other Micron Business Units

Provide 24/7 operational support within Application & Desktop virtulization (Citrix) & Loadbalancer (NetScaler) technologies.

Perform the Environment changes with RFC.
-
Proactive, Citrix environment performance monitoring.

Handling L1/L2 Incident and problem management

Vendor case management.

Infrastructure health check and monitoring
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Continually improves operations through routine monitoring of system performance metrics and proactive actions.

Reviewing of system log files, trend analysis, configuration, incident and problem management processes.

Recommends and works with the Solution and Enterprise Architect on system or architectural changes when needed to improve performance, high availability, scalability, or propose innovative technologies.

Ensures architectural consistency and provides technical direction through roadmap process, knowledge management, disaster recovery plan development and testing.

Creating all the necessary documentation for any changes in the environment or innovative technology deployments as reference architecture for the global operation team.
