We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Associate to spearhead our B2B sales efforts across the Delhi NCR region. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for mapping industrial clusters, knocking on doors, and converting manufacturing facilities into long-term business accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Mapping: Identify and map manufacturing units, factories, and industrial facilities across key NCR hubs (including Okhla, Sahibabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Manesar, Faridabad, and Kundli).
- Cold Calling & Field Visits: Conduct rigorous cold calls and physical site visits to meet decision-makers (Factory Managers, Procurement Heads, and Owners/Directors).
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process—from initial contact and understanding customer requirements to pitching solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing the deal.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and account growth.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industrial trends, competitor activities, and new upcoming manufacturing zones in the NCR region.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales pipelines and provide regular updates to management.
- Required Qualifications & Education:
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B field sales, corporate sales, or industrial sales. Direct experience selling to manufacturing setups is a massive advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Geographical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the industrial geography and cultural nuances of the Delhi NCR region.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English to effectively negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
- Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license for daily local travel.
- Attributes: Excellent negotiation skills, resilience in handling rejection, and a strong "hunter" mindset.
