About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Implementation Specialist to support the setup, customization, and deployment of Zoho CRM solutions for our clients.
The role involves understanding client requirements, configuring Zoho CRM modules, creating workflows and automations, assisting with data migration, and supporting user onboarding. You will work closely with internal consultants and clients to help businesses digitize and streamline their sales, marketing, and customer management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Zoho CRM based on client requirements
- Create and manage Modules, Fields, Layouts, Related lists, Blueprints, Validation rules
- Build workflows, approvals, assignments, and automation rules
- Set up dashboards, reports, and analytics
- Assist with data import, cleanup, and migration
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance
- Support user onboarding and training sessions
- Document implementation requirements and solutions
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide post-go-live support
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout implementation projects
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
- Strong understanding of Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Activities, CRM workflows
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into CRM configurations
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and independently

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
