Freelance Interior Designer
About the Role
2Lily Interiors is looking for a creative and passionate Freelance Interior Designer based in Navi Mumbai to work on residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients and understand project requirements.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Prepare space planning layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution.
- Prepare BOQs and project estimates.
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Must be based in Navi Mumbai or nearby locations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in turnkey interior projects.
- Strong vendor and contractor network.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Compensation
Project-based remuneration. Compensation will be discussed based on experience and project scope.
